Love, Lies and Seeta is a story of 7 youngsters during a New York Summer. The movie follows the lives of 3 youngsters Tom, Rahul and Bhavesh Patel (aka Bhavuk) who met Seeta by chance at different points in their life. It sounds like a cheesy love story but instead the movie makes fun of the cheesy romantic comedies we've seen. It questions what love really is. The movie is less of a romantic comedy and more of a summer experience. Its very different and that's what makes it special. The actors Rahul (Arjun Gupta), Tom (Michael Derek) and Seeta (Melanie Kannokada) are very natural but the one that stands out is Lavrenti Lopes who plays Bhavuk. His innocent and enthusiatic character makes for a great watch. You really want him to get Seeta. The supporting characters of Ramya and Caroline do a great job too.
I loved Love, Lies and Seeta!! Definitely work a watch.
