His current job as a carnival side-show performer, tempting fate by exposing himself to electricity, has rendered him immune to the effects of high voltage. Switch to the labs of Dr. Rigas, a haywire scientist hoping to create an army of electrical supermen who will allow him to take charge of the entire world. Hoodwinked into thinking he is helping scientific study, Dan willingly lets Dr. Rigas conduct dangerous experiments on him. The doctor's shocking schemes soon come to light, and mild-mannered Dan is transformed into an electrical juggernaut capable of killing with just a touch. Unfortunately for Dr. Rigas, the energy raging inside of him proves to be uncontrollable, and it sparks off a violent killing spree with no end in sight. [More]
