It stars Boris Karloff at his deliciously insane best as a mad scientist.
At first curiously intriguing, The Man with Nine Lives eventually becomes so silly that it's hard to take much of it -- if any of it -- seriously.
The last 15 minutes, in which people finally start dying and Karloff finally gets really menacing, can't make up for the rest...
It was very good, and interesting. The actors and actresses were all good, and the look of the film was nice. The story kept me intrigued and I was surprised by parts.
