Loosely based on Akira Kurosawa's Rashomon, this dark comedy from Ken Berris revolves around the inhabitants of a manor who lie, cheat and ultimately find themselves embroiled in a murder mystery. The legendary Peter O'Toole heads up an impressive cast that includes Greta Scacchi and Martin Dejdar. Gabrielle Anwar and Laura Harris co-star in this deliciously twisted send-up of classic whodunits.

This is a little gem of a film. I give it a 10+ Much better than GOSFORD PARK that won an OSCAR. A perios piece with a very dark sense of humor. Peter Otoole is of course fantastic, as always, and of course Gabrielle Anwar (BURN NOTICE & SCENT OF A WOMAN) and Martin Dejdar are good, but I think Greta Scacchi and
