Reviews for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
The product of marketing genius, but at its core, this movie is entirely true to A.A. Milne's wonderful storybook intentions.
Their charm is undeniable, though it mainly resides in the source material: the late 60s, when these were made, were Disney's darkest days for craft and commitment.
...it's always nice, anytime, to renew one's acquaintance with A.A. Milne's delightful characters.
What a peculiar genius was A.A. Milne Milne's distinctive voice retains its quality in with a clarity and integrity exceeding that of any other author Disney adapted.
One of the most charming of all Disney features... like anyone else, when I see it I am swiftly and inexorably carried back to childhood, in accordance with the drippy clichés.
