Hey Captain, If you had a half decent education maybe you wouldnt be leaving words out of your sentences as you try to insult people. Why don't you go back to your clan meeting and finish fu*king your little sister. You piece of trailer park sh*t.

You all are getting way too worked up over a dog movie.

Anyhow, this year was terrible. WALL-E is still the best movie I saw this year, and one of maybe two, three, maybe four movies I saw in theaters. This was actually a pretty decent year for summer movies (comedies especially), but as for movies in general, it was terrible. As I said before, everybody put all their effort into 2007 releases. Now all the best directors are in the middle of their 2009/2010 releases. Only people like the Coens and David Gordon Green managed to put out two movies in two years, and both of their 2008 offerings were light comedies and nowhere near their best work (not that they were bad; I quite enjoyed Burn After Reading and Pineapple Express, actually.). I'm just waiting for next year, at this point, and I have been pretty much all year.

I love when retards like greg try to attack me, it is so pathetic that it is not even funny. So in his retarded mind when you call out a black panther member that automatically makes you a clan member. You must be a liberal, you prove it with a lack of knowledge or common sense.

This was a very good year for movies, there were 20-25 good to great movies that came out this year. That is the nice thing about having a college ID, you can see any movie for $5

Captain, Captain, Captain. Why do hate me? Do you always have to pick an argument?

And I meant what I said. Great year.

Ledawg, you attacked one good movie(national treasure) and one really good movie(marley and me) that is the reason why i called you out. You are wrong.

So, Captain, we're back to that whole fact vs. opinion argument, which no one ever seems to tire of. You thought Marley and National Treasure were good, Ledawg didn't. Doesn't make either of you right or wrong, just with different opinions.

I know trying to convince you of this is like pissing in the wind, but I have to keep up the good fight.

Please stop feeding the troll aka TheCaptain of TeamLoyalty. The best way to deal with this douche bag is to ignore him. Lack of attention will drive him/her insane.

With that said, yay for Marley and Me taking the top spot. Who were those saying Aniston is box-office poison and that her career is over? who are they? show your face I dare you, show your face...lol. Aniston has amazing comedic chops and it shines through on screen. For those doubting her range, you might to want to rent "The Good Girl".

Brad pitt can suck it ( I just had to say that...lol)

i suspect that the real star of marley and me is the dog, and that's why people went to see it. i used to like jennifer aniston, but i've really gotten tired of her and, whether or not it's true, everything i see in the tabloid and celebrity press, including blogs, makes her sound like she's desperate and obsessed with pitt and jolie. i just can't stand her anymore.

I like how people like you just expect Aniston to act oblivious to the Jolie/Pitt media empire which is taking over the world. Here's a couple that happens to be everywhere; from my CNN to perez hilton to every media outlet available. Every interview Aniston manages to snag, she is constantly being asked about Brad/Jolie, directly or indirectly. It is always looming above her and yet you expect her to magically pretend like nothing is going on. Maybe if people like you stop referring to Brad pitt every time Aniston is mentioned, maybe she will stop trying to tell people that she's over it.

Regardless of what people say about Aniston, she's a great talent. She made America laugh every week for years and has showed her range in indie classics. She's famous in her own right; she didn't build her fame by using her father's name, kissing her brother at the Oscars, doing drugs, cutting herself, exposing her family's dirty laundry to the public, adopting children, stealing husbands and countless PR trips to Iraqi refugee camps.

Surprise! I thought that Jennifer Aniston never would make a hit film again. But I like her, despite the fact that she can be really annoying. OH god, another Sandler thrash is a success. I'm always hoping that his films get bombed.

I'm happy with Button's success. And somewhat disappointed that Twilight made all that money, because it's just another pre-teen romantic film from High School-Disney-I'm-A-Virgin era. Sad.

And I hope that Milk, The Wrestler, Frost/Nixon and Revolutionary Road become huge, huge hits. Oh, '08 was a really ****ty year when you think in films. You Don't Mess With The Zohan? Seriously?.. Bad.
