A couple's marriage is nearly destroyed by their attempts to save it in this farcical comedy. Dan and Valerie Edwards (Frank Sinatra and Deborah Kerr) are a couple who have been married for close to 20 years. Tasteless fluff romantic comedy.
Enjoyable fluff, nicely produced, good cast, but very predictable. Deborah Kerr, as always, rises above the material.
August 5, 2009This was the last screen appearance of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin together. Unfortunately it did not end on a high note. A very light romantic comedy that is more interesting as a curiosity than as a movie. Actually, I would of gave it only four stars instead of five if it were not for Dean Martin, Mr. Cool himself,
