MTV Movie Awards 2013 Winners

Summary

Well, the MTV Movie Awards took place on Sunday, April 14th, and as is always the case, lots of high jinks ensued. Does Rebel Wilson really have a third nipple? Does Aubrey Plaza really want to steal Will Ferrell's shine? Is there truly any way (or any reason) to mash together Miley Cyrus, Eminem, Alicia Keys, and Macklemore? We may never know the answers to these questions, but if you're curious who took home the coveted golden popcorn trophies, here's the complete list: Back to Article

What the hell does Best WTF moment mean? They don't give a moment, they just say an actor.

Even still, I think it's pretty obvious which moment they're referring to in Django Unchained. Also, it might have helped to actually watch the telecast.

Good thing this is a popularity contest because I only agreed with two of these winners. Then again, this is simply my opinion...

I would have to disagree and say that these aren't that bad, especially compared to earlier years. A few are also Academy Award winners.

Best MTV movie awards ever, even though it's still shit.

The Avengers? It was fine but either Django Unchained or Silver Linings Playbook should have won. Also, Quvenzhane Wallis definitely deserved to win over Rebel Wilson. What a sucky awards show.

Django shouldn't have won anything besides a Razzie. Of course neither should The Avengers or Silver Linings either.

The fact that Rotten Tomato's reports on this crap is very disconcerting to me.

At last, MTV gives the best movie award to a great film. First time they've done that since Return of the King.

The Dark Knight Rises seems to be having a lot of rough luck with award shows. Even at MTV it comes home empty handed (would have liked to see it get at least one award, even if it was best shirtless performance, but I suppose they had to give the finale of Twilight at least one award).

bradley cooper over daniel day-lewis! (yeah, MTV got it right -- it was literally every single other critical organization and award for acting they give that were wrong) - - pitch perfect having a better musical moment than anne hathaway's "I Dreamed a Dream(!!?)" (first off, what in the hell is a "pitch perfect", and ANY movie released this year having a musical performance moment than 'les mis' is just...i dont even know any more) - - - and leonardo di caprio losing to loki from avengers?! what the sand-hell is wrong with these people?? (and of COURSE channing tatum had a WAY better shirtless performance than lautner in twilight - *laff!* - and twilight NOT sweeping these things or even being NOMINATED?? seriously, has that EVER happened before...?!)

but seriously: good for you, MTV. you made all the right picks, ONCE AGAIN. (except no nomination for the 'holy motors' church sequence under "best musical moment"...booooOOOOO-URNS!!)

at least these picks are bearable. No twilight to be found in most of the categories which is a nice change for once
