Synopsis: Nell (Sean Young), is the granddaughter of high-ranking public official "Mac" MacDermott (Lloyd Bochner)--who wants to see her follow the same career path that he did. Unfortunately, her husband... Nell (Sean Young), is the granddaughter of high-ranking public official "Mac" MacDermott (Lloyd Bochner)--who wants to see her follow the same career path that he did. Unfortunately, her husband Adam is under investigation for his possible involvement in shady real estate dealings. When Adam and some of his business partners are killed, Nell sets out to prove his innocence. She hires a detective (Peter DeLuise) and a psychic to help her, but as her investigation progresses, she finds reason to believe that she could be the next one to die.
