Reviews for The Medallion
The film flip-flops between action and screwball comedy, reeks of direct-to-DVD dopiness and has more bad one-liners than an episode of Becker.
three-on-one bouts with Jackie’s flying limbs . . . have a rapturous vigor,[but] his final face-off in mid-air with Sands suffers from Sands' obvious lack of expertise
Sadly, The Medallion has the feel of an all-too-ordinary straight-to-DVD B-movie.
This outing, Jackie doesn't bring much humor or personality to his role.
It's finally happened -- Jackie Chan has turned into a full-fledged cartoon character.
Jackie Chan's reign as the clown prince of martial arts movies is just about over -- and he has The Medallion to prove it.
