Total Recall: Will Smith's Best Movies

Summary

He's been a chart-topping rapper, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and the undisputed king of the July 4 movie blockbuster, but Will Smith has never been the subject of a Total Recall -- so we're repenting for the error of our ways with this week's list, written in honor of Smith's return as Agent J in Men in Black III. You'll obviously find some of the biggest hit films of the last 15 years in here, but Big Willie Style isn't always about the big-budget smash hit; his filmography actually contains a few eclectic diversions that may surprise you. Let's find out how many of your favorites made the cut! Back to Article

I'm hoping that Will'll gets the chance to make a Major 5 star movie. not just a summer block buster but something of substance.

Enemy Of The State is one of my faves, being essentially The Conversation Part II. Gene Hackman makes the movie, playing the same character as he did in The Conversation, but with the paranoia played at 11. Smith was good, the bumbling Hitchcokian Wrong Man, played with both comedy and drama, and besides, Lisa Bonet... well, Lisa Bonet, what else did you need?

Men In Black rated higher than Six Degrees of Separation = you have a horrible, horrible sense of taste and should not be allowed to write for this site.

Hancock is one of my favorite Will Smith movies. But we all know Wild Wild West is one of the best movies of all time.

He should have higher ratings for some of these...I, Robot and Pursuit are much better than I Am Legend.

It's funny. If they did a list of his worst film, it wouldn't be much different.

ID4 was terrible. Sith blacked it up and Goldblum and Quaid were laughable. Such a great premise and they made it silly. At least MIB was silly ON PURPOSE. I liked I, Robot a lot though--not a pure remake, but a great feel and vibe. I also enjoyed Enemy of The State and I Am Legend. I like Will when he doesnt try to be the fresh prince.
