Spencer Tracy reprises his role as kind-and-concerned Father Edward J. Flanagan in this sequel to "Boys Town." This time, the orphanage provides the setting for a trio of vignettes. Reformed resident Whitey Marsh puts himself up for adoption to a wealthy couple whom he hopes will fork over the cash to finance Boys Town's debts.
