Meanwhile, a hideous cyst appears on her body and continues to expand into a larger mysterious growth. Filmmaker James Fotopoulos (BACK AGAINST THE WALL) directed this paranoid morality tale with incredible subtlety and earned the New York Underground Film Festival award for Best Feature for his bizarre vision.
