Movie Info

Mikey Spillane's Mike Hammer (Stacey Keach) character is well known for being a no nonsense, tough, and honest private investigator. In SONGBIRD, our hero explores the underworld of jazz nightclubs where meets a popular local jazz singer who is the main suspect in a case involving the murder of her gangster boyfriend and some of her band mates. Mike's job is to protect her while also trying to uncover the identity of the real killer.
