Need to know the ending...

I watched MUD a week ago and really enjoyed it, however, the movie ran much longer than anticipated (due to so many previews) and I had to leave before it ended. The last scene I saw was when Ellis woke up after being bitten. Can anyone please fill me in on what happened from there? It's been driving me crazy not knowing...Thanks in advance!
