While this movie is rough around every edge I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. At it's core it is a modern day exploitation flick, catering to horror fans insatiable thirst for boobies and bloodshed. It does deliver on that tip (the boobies more so than the bloodshed, not much gore to be seen here actually.) It did end up having a brain as well though and seems to have a lot to say on a feminist tip as well as small town mentality. There were some pretty good characters and the film as a whole had a nice air or trash and sleaze that is at the core of all exploitation. These good qualities aside this film is flawed in ways that are impossible to ignore. It is basically as third rate Most Dangerous Game, and is not the most original horror film I've ever seen. The film also suffered from some shoddy acting, but I guess that's should be expected. Not great, but worth a watch from genre enthusiasts.

First class trash. Though it's obviously an exploitation film geared towards an audience wanting to see naked women terrorized, Emberhardt makes this an exciting, intense, violent and smart thriller with very good characters and pacing. By the ending, it's actually quite pro-female as all the men (would be heroes) turn out useless or dead leaving the woman to fend for herself. Highly recommended to those who love Most Dangerous Game ripoffs (I don't think I've disliked a ripoff of that fine film yet).
