This time around, Kenshiro travels to a dangerous mountain area called Cliffland to save the life of a young boy with the magical ability to make water. In his absence, a new warlord named Seiji takes control of Last Land's precious water supply and kidnaps Kenshiro's friend, the beautiful young healer Sara. Now it's up to the seven-scarred warrior to return to Last Land and restore order by defeating the evil Seiji with his lethal brand of martial arts wizardry.
