Meanwhile, Julia discovers unsettling news about the baby and has a difficult time telling Sean at first. Also while Christian is seeing a therapist it is suggested that he may be in love with Sean as his relationship with him is what normally makes for a perfect relationship and begins to try and prove to himself that he is straight. Also Burt Landau comes into the office, thus we meet the new co-owners of McNamara/Troy. Great episode, helps to set up the arcs for the first half of the season. Kathleen Turner guest stars as the main patient Cindy Plumb, who comes in to have her voice box fixed so she can continue being a sex phone operator. 4 out of 5 stars {Deleted Scenes Available} EPISODE II: Blu Mondae Christian meets Blu Mondae (Angela Little), a stripper who wants a breast reduction. Meanwhile, Sean and Christian finally realize how much they are not full owners of McNamara/Troy anymore. After meeting with Kimber at the gym Matt decides to becomes a Scientologist. Also Liz notices something weird about Michelle Landau, when she sees Michelle with a mysterious friend. 4 out of 5 stars {Deleted Scenes Available} EPISODE III: Monica Wilder Julia and Sean have begun looking for a new nanny, but when Sean brings Monica home and an unexpected encounter happens he puts her into surgery as a way to keep her mouth clothes. Afterward they meet Marlowe, a well rounded nanny, who has dwarfism and tries to help get Sean and Julia ready for their new sons medical condition. Meanwhile, after a sex video of Christian ends up on YouTube Christian becomes aware of some flaws. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE IV: Shari Noble Sean and Christian gets in a weird case where a woman named Sheri Noble (Melissa Gilbert) comes in with her nipples bit off, not knowing she caused it. Christian and Liz head to a lesbian bar in hopes of getting Liz a date, when she does have a good night, she wakes up with one of her kidneys missing. Thus, one of the seasons arcs have started. Christian discovers the reasons for Michelle's arrogance toward the team. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE V: Dawn Budge Christian decides to try and help Michelle get out of her organ harvesting dept by taking on the dept. Meanwhile Dawn Budge comes into the office to give her husband a penis enlargement and her daughter breast implants, not realizing the consequences. Christian heads into business with Dawn to gain more money. Sean proposes to Julia for a 2nd marriage. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE VI: Faith Wolper, PhD Monica shows Sean that she has no plans to back off, a decision that will end badly for her. Christian's therapist request the removal of a tattoo and is than saddened by news that the woman Christian cares for is not her and decides to drastic measures to sever that relationship. Burt Landau discovers the affair between Chistian and Michelle and decides to turn it around on them for his own sexual gratifications. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE VII: Burt Landau Burt Landau continues to use Christian and Michelle to spice his own sexual gratification, but after Christian puts his foot down he attempts to perform on his own using Viagra causing a massive stroke and than he demands surgery, which again causes another stroke. Meanwhile, Dawn Budge returns in need of a new ear, this happens after a pair of motorcycle thieves steal an earring right off her ear. Also Liz needs a kidney transplant and she needs one quick. Also Christian is able to seduce Kimber again and as a retaliation Kimber seduces Matt, a mistake she will be remind of years to come. 4 out of 5 stars {Deleted Scenes Available} EPISODE VIII: Conor McNamara Sean and Julia are having a tough time with whether Conor should get reconstructive surgery on his hands. Sean has a secret about his childhood that links him closer to his son than anyone else. Mrs. Grubman also returns one time in hopes of getting one more surgery for after she dies, as she has lung cancer. Anthony Starke, Burt Bacharach and Mo'Nique guest star. 4 out of 5 stars {Deleted Scenes Available} EPISODE IX: Liz Cruz Liz comes in for cosmetic surgery thanks to her new found...girlfriend named Poppy (Alanis Morissette). Meanwhile James has decided to bump up her blackmailing by having both Christian and Michelle harvest organs for higher ups that are threatening her life. Marlowe decides he wants longer leg to better accommodate his feelings for Julia. EPISODE X: Merrill Bobolit Kimber lands a bombshell on McNamara/Troy, her and Matt are married and going to have a baby. Meanwhile, Escobar sends his prison wife Merrill to the office to request Sean and Christian's presence to regain his former face. Also Sean confront Marlowe about whether or not he and Julia have slept together. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE XI: Conor McNamara, 2026 We find ourselves in the year 2026 with Conor, now 20 talking with a therapist about his earliest memory of his family before they broke up and went there separate ways. In the present day Miami is preparing for a huge Hurricane when Sean and Julia make the decision to separate for good, but not just separate homes, but separate states. Jennifer Elise Cox and Stark Sands make an appearance as the adult Annie and Conor. 4 out of 5 stars {Deleted Scenes Available} EPISODE XII: Diane Lubey Christian proposes to Michelle to get married, but he soon starts to see the image of his past relationships (Rebecca Gayheart, Rebecca Metz) and begins to doubt if he can handle a committed relationship. Meanwhile to deal with his loneliness Sean takes a pathology test for rationalities that explains a lot about him and his patients. James starts to demands more use of McNamara/Troy for her own personal operations. Also Diane Lubey comes in to ask that her lovers ashes be placed in silicon breast and she get a breast implant, but his wife may have other plans. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE XIII: Reefer Everything is merry for everyone except Sean. Matt and Kimber are on their way to holiday cruise for a Scientology trip, Liz and Poppy are celebrating their first Christmas as Santa's little helpers at the local mall and Chistian and Michelle are surprised when Wilbur comes back into their lives. Meanwhile the threats are becoming more fierce against James as she grows more desperate, however because of a gift sent by Escobar Gallardo; McNamara/Troy is not safe to perform her private operations. Sean becomes depressed when he finds himself spending Christmas alone and decides to heavily drink, causing him to make a G-Spot procedure becomes highly sensitive for a patient named Merrily (Debbie Lee Carrington) , who is not pleased with her new sensitivity. Also Sean becomes the new mall Santa, with a very eager elf. Also Sean meets a lonely bum named Reefer (Charles Haid). 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE XIV: Willy Ward Michelle and James cut ties when James makes an unimaginable request. Liz and Poppy decide to break up, also Gina returns pissed off with Michelle being part of raising Wilbur. Matt tries to rekindle his romance with Kimber, whose not enjoying her life as a Scientologist. Sean tries to sell his portion of the business suddenly. James Eckhouse makes a cameo as a GYN. 4 out of 5 stars EPISODE XV: Gala Gallardo Sean decides to sell his portion of the business to Chistian and Michelle. Meanwhile, Michelle, Christian's and Sean's separate past intertwine as Gala Gallardo (Idalis DeLeon) arrives to get a makeover and take over for Escobar's business.
