Does Nurse Ratched deserve to be #4 on the AFI 's greatest villians list?

This movie is near perfection.I say near because I never felt Ratched was imposing or remotely intimidating as the antagonist.She's fun to watch,but not in the class of Hollywood's best villians.I'm not saying she needs to be Darth Vader,but that they could've done a little more work on it.

Are you kidding? Everything she does creeps me out. And she's a different kind of villain, like Cole said. She made you think of her as pure evil. In fact she's better than Vader, at least she acts.

The great thing about Darth Vader was his powerful presence. Everything he does serves the villainous purpose. Ratched is not a villain, is an overly stigmatized human character without the slightest villainous scent.
