I spent the first 45 minutes going "Wha?" and "Huh," and the next 6 hours (it felt like it anyways) groaning and laughing at the FX. The knife through the throat scene was unexpected and funny though. Bonus points to me for spotting the bad guy from Godzilla 2000 as the bad guy here.

Bought this for my brother a couple of years ago as a gag gift. Decided to open it up and watch it with him.
We couldn't stop laughing (though I doubt that was the reaction the filmmaker wanted at the time).
It is colorful. It is a bit graphic at times (which just made it sillier for us). And it is like a Godzilla movie...you don't see the title character 'til like the last ten minutes of the movie.
It's not great...but it is fun to watch with a group of people.

I liked it well enough, a bit cheesy but still cool nonetheless. I guess it's because I'm a godzilla fan.
