Everything goes well and they lease the first apartment to a nice Japanese couple. Unfortunately, they aren't quite as lucky with their second tenant, Carter Hayes, who won't pay the rent, makes strange noises in the middle of the night, and appears to be breeding cockroaches in his studio apartment.
