Bruce Palmer (Robert Carradine) and his pal Pearl (Richard Hillman) run their own small trucking service and are doing none too well, so when they get offered a large paycheck for hauling an huge crate, contents unknown, from California to Florida in time for the millennial New Year's Eve, they leap at the chance. Plot: On the eve of the new millennium in Los Angeles, a down-on-his-luck trucker Bruce Palmer and his pal Pearl land the haul of a lifetime! A strange antique dealer offers them $12,000 in cash to haul a huge crate to Florida and dliver it to his brother. The catch? They must go pedal to the metal in order to get there before midnight New Year's Eve. If they miss the date they lose the money! And one more thing, under no circumstance are they to ever open the crate... no matter what! Because to do so will cause the total annihilation of the world as we know it!

Review: Palmer's Pick-UP by Christopher R. Coppola the nephew of Francis Ford Coppola was just not good. I didn't expect much and dats wha I got really nothing much. In the beginning it seems like it might be something interesting and different but the more I watch the worst it got. By the time you get to the end you don't care. The ending is disappointing I would have thought it would be something a little more and it just didn't happened. I wasted about 2 hours to see this crappy ending one of the worst. Robert Carradine famous for playing Louis Skolnick in "Revenge of the Nerds" was horrible in this movie playing Bruce Palmer and even worst was Richard Hill playing pearl. Bo was probably the one interesting character played by Patrick Kilpatrick he did a pretty good job also pretty funny too bad he wasn't in every scene. I also liked Rosanna Arquette's small role in the movie she played a interesting, crazy and funny character named Damn. Dawn picks up these idiots and let's just say she had her way with them. Stupid Story, some bad acting by the main characters not everyone, and bad camera angles. OK enuff of this movie I recomment you not pick this up.
