Let's not pretend like this is a difficult movie to understand. People often end up confusing difficult with ridiculous. You don't even need to be fully conscious to understand these movies. Or at least what they are very poorly attempting to do. Here's the formula to make a PA movie. Found footage genre + 45-60 minutes of dreadfully boring build up + the "funny guy" + cheap scares + demon kills everyone (only good part is watching them die) = 50+ million$$ cash money! Sound about right? They actually product placed a Kinect in a movie that takes place in 06. The Kinect was released in 2010. That alone shows me that these people believe their fan base is chock full of "morons" because they don't even pick up on it this BS.

The original Saw wasn't a terrible film. Cheesy, but I think it was a solid horror show. The sequential films were atrocious, however. I feel the same about Paranormal Activity. The original was coherent and nerve shattering at times but very overrated and, as the franchise unfolded, became mind numbingly bad. Hmm...now that I think about it, Zachary, it appears we're on the same page. Now I'm confused as to why I decided to respond lol.

Zach, you just hit full blown retard...Apocalypse Now is haunting because of the Soldiers actions towards the villagers. Inventive because 1. The Helicopter scene 2. The Cinematography 3. The Narrative The Hobbit is fucking boring because the pace is so motherfucking slow (45 fucking minutes to get out of Hobitton!!!), and you're complaining about AN being stretched out, Wow. A;so, the guy who seems to hover over every comment he makes and rep lie is saying AN fans have no lives is hypocrisy at it's finest. Chris pip, The movie does not take place in 2006 it takes place in 2011, just by seeing you write that means you havent even watched it and here you are talking shit about the film, or you just pay absolutely no fucking attention, look at the damn poster it says "2011" write in the bottom...and now you're straight to thinking they think we're all a choke full of morons? quoting you "That alone shows me" that you don't understand how to understand 1st grade " Setting" P.S. This was not a good movie, but I will say that you are wrong when you say it takes place in 2006 and therefore it cannot have the Kinect in it. It takes place in 2011 as specified in the movie.
