He arrives on the East English seashore intent on little more than rest and recreation. His planned vacation, though, is disrupted by several nasty occurrences -- suicide, blackmail and murder. A troublesome nuclear power facility nearby appears to be the crux of these events. Then police find the acting administrative officer of the power plant slain.
