The premise has plenty of spunk, although it really isn’t anything more than a sci-fi Lizzie McGuire with the roles reversed.

GADGETS AND GIZMOS contains four episodes of the comedic program. Phil Diffy's family lived in the year 2121, but a mishap with their time machine during a vacation has trapped them in 2004. While Phil's dad figures out a way to return them to home, Phil poses as a typical high-school student, albeit one with a set of amazing technological gadgets at home. However, those high-tech gizmos, along with his mischievous sister Pim, often get Phil and his best friend Keely into big trouble. In the episodes collected here, a series of dilemmas arise when Phil, Pim, and Keely use an invisibility spray, an aging device, and a shrink ray. [More]
