If Planes is critically acclaimed, or at the box office, then they will make more francises, but looking at the critic reviews it doesn't have an actual chance to make more.

sadly studios tend not to listen to critics because audiences tend not to either, and kids certainly won't, because have you ever tried telling your 4 year old "well, I know you want to see this movie, but have you seen what the critics are saying about it?"

I have, and if you haven't, maybe you should start. It's tantamount to telling them there is no Santa Claus, but it's for the greater good and will start them on the road to respecting the opinion of someone more informed than they.

No, next is Trains. Then we'll have the crossover movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.

The next ones will be even more commercial:

Disney's DOOMBUGGIES (Cauld-Ron conquers his fear of ghosts only to come to the realization that he's stuck repeating his travels over and over and over. Then one day, a foreign visitor takes a photo with the forbidden flash and chaos ensues! Will Cauld-Ron make it out of the monotonous mansion and be free to see his girlfriend, Daisy-Chain, on the Little Mermaid ride?)

Disney's PEOPLE MOVER (After a guest attempts to leave the ride midway through and is dragged slowly to his death, it's up to Twack and Mo' Minton to bring happiness back to their obsolete attraction.)

Disney's TURNSTILES (A child is abducted by a Peter Pervis near the restrooms and it's up to plucky little Truman T. Turnstylish to save the day.)

Disney's AUTOPIA (it'll be a lot like Pixar's "Cars" but smaller & louder and the vehicles are attached to track and are driven by five year olds who don't know when to take their freakin' foot of the gas peddle and so they keep running into the back of your little car at the red light. MAN! I hate this movie already.)

and

Disney's THE BRAVE LITTLE CASH REGISTER (Can Lil' Ka-ching really handle ALL of that cash or will he invest it in the making of Disney's newest blockbuster: JON CARTER MEETS THE LONE RANGER.)

Worse than shit. Now that even Pixar is in the business of making mediocre films, and this ISNT EVEN PIXAR, this film's very existence proves that it will suck. How about they make Missiles. That would be great. Kids could learn about how an inanimate object feels about being forced to suicidally bomb people. THAT would own. Fuck the world.

Sadly, this is a very real proposal (along with a Trains spin-off), currently dependent on the performance of the Planes trilogy (yes, this actually is actually a trilogy--the date has already been set for its sequel, Planes: Fire & Rescue).
