This guy is obviously running out of ideas and is now gearing toward movies that use CGI!
Apr 30 - 12:12 PM
Though I have to admit the "Army Of Darkness" is probably the last CGI film I enjoyed of his!
Apr 30 - 12:13 PM
What? What in the hell are you talking about?
Apr 30 - 12:31 PM
I've only seen 2 that I know about which're "Darkman" and "Drag Me To Hell" and refuse to see any others he's involved in!
Apr 30 - 01:03 PM
Huh? There was no CGI in Army of Darkness dude.
Apr 30 - 01:14 PM
I actually thought their was at least some CGI was used since what Raimi did with the skeletons wasn't a total dedication/ homage to Ray Harryhausen just because Raimi's skeletons was able to do more !
Apr 30 - 01:25 PM
Darkman was great, Drag me to Hell was meh. Army of Darkness was Stop-motion photography, not CGI.

Stop the Remakes. Does Hollywood listen to its fanbase at all??
Well, Raimi is perfectly willing to bastardize his own baby, Evil Dead, so why not help to screw up another classic with a remake? God, I hate Hollywood.
Apr 30 - 12:33 PM
There are only so many original ideas.
May 1 - 09:42 AM
Hollywood very much listens. The Masses keep paying to see these remakes, so Hollywood keeps giving the Masses what they keep paying for. We who hate remakes such as this (remakes of great movies) are the minority. It's as simple as that.

Natural Selection used to weed out the fools, but now that humans dont have to survive anymore stupid people can repopulate. Idiocracy covers the idea pretty well lol love that movie.
May 1 - 09:53 AM
I'll wait to hear the director. At this point...the cannibals have won. Let's just try to find good cooks who know how to season pancreas properly.
Apr 30 - 12:34 PM
Watch out for the Poltergeist Curse . . . even JoBeth Williams and Oliver Robbins report supernatural experiences.
Maybe make The New Poltergeist Movie about The Poltergeist Curse . . . with "newly found footage" to make it creepier.
You can Just Tell that the "Found-Footage" technique will weasel its way into The New Poltergeist.
Apr 30 - 05:23 PM
I agree, considering how much of the original was taped on a camcorder by the investigators. That said I love Raimi/Spiderman but Drag Me was crap and this will be also.
I'd LOVE to see a movie about the curse though.
May 1 - 06:15 AM
I'd welcome a Poltergeist remake, provided they don't try and make in into a 'Paranormal Activity' film.
