Aimed at preschool children ages four to eight, the series follows the globetrotting adventures of Arthur's best friend, Buster Baxter, as he travels across America with his airline-pilot father and a fictional Latin rock band called Los Viajeros. Each episode finds the cartoon rabbit visiting a different city in the U.S. and learning about its distinct regional culture while sending real-life action footage to his friends back home. This collection presents six Western-themed episodes: "Beats by the Bay" listens to hip-hop in San Francisco; "Buster Gets on Board" goes skateboarding in Los Angeles; "Buster's Road Rules" explores the desert landscapes of Tucson; "Moose on the Loose," searches for wildlife in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; "Sleepy in Seattle," enjoys Asian culture in the Pacific Northwest; and "Winter Gold," plays winter sports in Park City, Utah.
