SUMMARY: The graduating class at Miss Aversham and Miss Cronstall's School for Girls find that they have - in defiance of the natural laws of probability - all blossomed simultaneously. Capitalizing on their unique status, and intent on teaching high school boys to NEVER take girls for granted, they issue a challenge to the boys of Easthill's rival private schools, Selby and Lancaster. The winner in a series of designated competitions will be awarded exclusive rights to the girls as prom dates. Like the capricious and meddlesome gods of Greek mythology, the ACS girls pit the boys' schools against each other in a (secret) Prom War.
MY THOUGHTS: I really only watched this cause I am a fan of Alia Shawkat's, but unfortunately even her presence in this movie couldn't make this film likable for me. It was awful from beginning till the very end. I wanted to laugh and did none of that during this film. What a disappointment. Just boring. I hope she really starts picking better films. This one is so beneath her.
The senior class of Aversham and Cronstall's School for Girls - the hottest, most brilliant and sought-after high school girls in the country decide to host a competition between two private schools, the all-male Selby House and Lancaster College with the winning school earning dates to the prom. As you can imagine hilarity ensues when the boys' competitive instincts kick in.
Nothing we haven't seen before; just an average teen comedy with a few laughs. You might want to check it out for the hip Ricky Ullman and most of the experienced supporting cast are Canadian, which reflects the Montréal shooting location.
