Detective Jack Barnes (Van Dien) is badly injured in a car crash, and is brought back to life by doctors. But his brush with death has endowed him with terrible visions, seemingly premonitions of horrific disasters. Dismissed at first as the delusions of a traumatized man, Jack's predictions begin to come true and the FBI launches a manhunt for him.
