The plot focuses on Sergio, a lovelorn pastry boy who is convinced (along with the police) that his employer, Mr. Linzer, set fire to his own shop. But after further investigation, Sergio finds that Garet, the son of a wealthy businessman, started the blaze in a fit of jealousy -- he believed that his girlfriend and Sergio were having an affair. Garet's father offers Sergio $25,000 if he will take the blame, and Sergio agrees, hoping that the cash will provide a better life for him and his lover. But the plot thickens when Mr. Linzer, anxious to protect Sergio, confesses to the police... followed by Mrs. Linzer, the baker's wife, who assures the police that she is the real culprit. [More]

  • A Pyromaniac's Love Story
  • Everyone's falling in love with the wrong person in this hilariously hot all-star romantic comedy -- A PYROMANIAC'S LOVE STORY! Heartthrob William Baldwin (SLIVER, THREE OF HEARTS, BACKDRAFT) stars as the outrageous Garet, who tries to win the love of his sweetheart (sexy Erika Eleniak -- UNDER SIEGE) with a blazing crime of passion ... but she's got the hots for Sergio (John Leguizamo -- CARLITO'S WAY), who's carrying a big torch for a hot-tempered waitress named Hattie (Sadie Frost -- BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA)! Mixed-up romantic signals and comic confusion abound until the smoke finally clears ... and everyone involved can realize their burning desires!
