Whilst I agree that 'you suck' and 'go to hell' are not intelligent rebuttals, it's just as absurd that you scout around universally acclaimed movies trying to undermine people who are simply having their say. Are you really going to back this critic over what is now universal, objective critical acclaim for this movie?

No matter how sweeping, irrelevant or brief a post like 'go to hell' may sound to you personally, it is irrelevant to the fact that Dragonfish222000 is correct.

Not everyone has to like everything, but for a top critic to not be able to give this film 3/5 stars is an outright joke, and some people just can't be bothered to write a detailed response/deconstruction/rebuttal and therefore cut to the chase of the gist of what they wish to say.

Unfortunately for YOU, I am not one of those people, I'll write until I'm satisfied I've made a solid point based on logic, observation and factual rationale.

Dragonfish and all the others on here peaking at the review (rightfully so, a critic doesn't need to give a film 5 stars to 'fresh' it, ergo - they are blatantly foolish if this didn't score 3/5 for them) have merit, you simply scouting good movies and trying to undermine and belittle them for doing so is predictable, contrarian bullsh1t that nobody has time for, and is blatantly transparent.

You are a wannabe intellect IMO.

Film ratings are absolutely and completely subjective. Not everyone, including some top critics (which I might add you're not), won't like Raging Bull. There is no such thing as "universal, objective critical acclaim for a movie".
