Star Trek Into Darkness
James E. Laczkowski
One of the few Pixar films which, for me, seemed more geared toward just kids, as opposed to their usual balance of kid/adult themes.
Well, now that's interesting, given that so many others have criticized it for exactly the opposite problem. Also, Rotten Tomatoes, since when did a 7/10 start getting counted as "Rotten"? I can understand with a 6/10 if you speak to the reviewer to determine their intent, but a 7/10?

what's wrong with that.

"Welcome to hell."Yep, that sounds like a movie geared toward just kids, alright.

What are you talking about?

@ Adam"What are you talking about? "Welcome to Hell is a quote in Ratatouille from the head chef to the garbage boy.Wine drinking, romance, and a stuffy food critic definitely doesn't sound like child fodder to me...

I can respect this review because he doesn't intentionally insult the film like he's bigger than it. If this was a girl I would be pissed

Actually this is the exact opposite. If I was a child I would not understand almost everything in this movie (culinar recipes, critics, father's heritage, ...).

Huh? I think this is one Pixar's more mature movies actually, in terms of plot elements and structure. There's not much kids can really relate to here. Besides that, it's a great film too for any movie junkie who likes a good story.

Youre on drugs

It doesn't have the same deep adult themes ( every adult knows that no matter who you are you can do what you want to) but it wasn't geared just toward kids and older people can enjoy it too.

Let us keep in mind this review comes from someone calling themselves "JoBlo" from the eponymous movie emporium he reviews for.
Nope, can't take this review seriously.
