Walt Disney Video presents this animated Christmas adventure for children. Released in 2000, the program is based on a book by Raymond Briggs, the author of the classic wintertime story The Snowman. Raymond Briggs' Bear tells the tale of a young girl who imagines what it would be like to have a polar bear as a pet. From there the girl and her bear embark on a magical journey, flying through the sky and up into the stars. The animated program features music by Howard Blake.
