British director Vadim Jean helmed this British-Canadian family comedy about former private eye Howard Spitz (Kelsey Grammer), who writes hardboiled detective novels. 5.5/10. I was expecting more of a family oriented film. It's not too bad, and is helped immesurably by Kelsey Grammer and his dry brand of humor. I found him to be funny and like his comic style. Other than that it is very predictable and at times a little too sappy.
