Wow, most of these I have seen before, but the one where the guy is auditioning for Stanly Kubrick is amazing. You could make a character study out of that guy. Honestly, I am at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to film making, just making self-funded low budget shorts when I can and writing. Nothing prolific or important, just a passion. But even at that level, when you cast something, you get a number of people just like this guy. It is actually sad. I have a couple of horror stories including one where an actor actually gave me a good performance, but I can't bring myself to associate with him anymore beyond that.

I love how at the very end of the clip, you hear Spielberg off camera say "Okay kid, you got the job."
