In this crime thriller, Jason Chandler (Patrick Muldoon) is an FBI agent who is trying to hunt down a serial killer nicknamed "The Silencer" for his habit of cutting out the tongues of his victims. The film is filled with...eye-rolling exchanges of dialogue, and the acting certainly never validates any of it.
