This was an okay film, but didn't really capture my attention. It seemed very monotone to me. There wasn't much change in character's voices or the narrators. But, I do think that kids would enjoy it and that is the audience that Rikki-Tikki-Tavi was created for.

The animation is bland, sketchy and boring. The characters lack any real emotion. And the overall style and theme of the film is very "dirty" overall, this animation is a very poor animated film that doesn't meet most expectations in the film/animation industry.
