The 2003 incarnation of former Beatle Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band was comprised of Sheila E. on drums, Colin Hay (Men at Work) on guitar, Paul Carrack (Mike and the Mechanics) on keyboards, and John Waite on bass. Tour footage is intercut with documentary clips and scenes from rehearsals, backstage, soundchecks, and various other situations, as well as intimate interviews with all the band members.
