Panther (Glenn Plummer, COLORS, MENACE II SOCIETY) is convinced that he can leave his violent past behind by abandoning Los Angeles, so he and sidekick Ray (Chris Spencer, FAKIN' DA FUNK), take their motorbikes and head east, intent on simplifying their lives and having a good time. Along the way, they pick up a naive hitchhiker named College Boy (J. Lamont Pope, FAMILY MATTERS), who is on his way to DC to become a filmmaker, and together the three men deal with a series of events that ultimately leads them to question the possibility of escaping the violence and racism they thought they had left behind. The sensational soundtrack was put together by hip hop impresario Donnie Anderson, and features music by Korn, Mystic, Debelah Morgan, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, RBX, and the Wu Tang Clan's Ol' Dirty Bastard.
