twilight was better than the other movies, but It wasn't good and the franchise is shit, Pirannha 3-DD was the worst summer movie, and ghost rider was an unnecessary sequel. Twilight, you got my vote!

Voted for Ghost Rider. Although I do think Dracula 3D deserves a nomination here. You just can't make Dracula turn into a giant praying mantis and not earn a Razzie for it. Especially when someone as experience as Dario Argento is involved.

I wanted very badly to vote for Atlas Shrugged, but I haven't seen it yet, so I couldn't do it in good conscience.

Resident Evil 5: Retribution was my choice hands down. Anderson needs to stop with this crap already. It's almost as if he is forcing these movies out all in an attempt to fulfill some bizarre fetish of his.

I can't vote earnestly because I actually value the information I glean from this site and do not typically watch shit movies.

I think "Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter" should be considered a rip-off (prequel?) of "Lincoln"... what do you think? That's my write-in vote. :)

These idiots put up Step Up & The Twilight Saga, but not THAT'S MY BOY?!

Anyways, Taken Too was hilarious shit (got my vote), Resident Evil was bland, & Silent Hill was a borefest.

You're thinking of Worst Picture. This is only for remakes, rip-offs, and sequels. What was That's My Boy a rip-off of?

That's my boy isn't a sequel or a remake, so it's not eligible for this list, but you've just pointed out what's wrong with the Razzies. They love putting films that they think makes you look cool to hate. I mean 10 razzie nominations for Eclipse? That was even more than Last Airbender of the same year. Or what about 2008 when they gave the award for worst sequel/remake to Indy 4. I know that film dissapointed a lot of people but giving it the razzie over Disaster Movie? Hell, there wasn't a single film nominated for worst sequel/remake in that year that didn't make Indy 4 look oscar worthy by comparison.

Ghost Rider for me. The first movie set expectations so low and it failed to meet even that low standard.

Silent Hill. I loved those games for two things, subtlety and story. Revelation could have been good, but it wasn't.

Yeah, but having expectations for a video game movie should be like getting kicked in the nuts by now. You should only have to do it once before you learn your lesson.

I agree, I really hate those movies. I don't even know why someone would go pay to see it. Wreck-It Ralph gave us high expectations for video game movies. Films like Resident Evil and Silent Hills try way too hard to be like their video games but they keep on failing. Before Wreck-It Ralph, all video game movies where a piece of crap.

Meh Wreck-It Ralph was a parody. Not a movie based on a video game.

There is a difference between a movie based on a video game & a movie that is about a video game.

Correct, I was of course referring to movie's based on video games. I quite liked Scott Pilgrim and Wreck-It Ralph.
