I think Silent Hill: Revelation deserves the worst sequel Razzie, but Ghost Rider, Red Dawn, or something with Tyler Perry is probably going to win simply because they're high-profile things people love to jump on the hate bandwagon for (not that they were good movies either, mind you).

Atlas Shrugged: Part II, hands down. It wasn't so much a movie as a bunch of high schoolers happening on a camera. Terrible cinematography, terrible casting, terrible acting, terrible effects, terrible adaption, terrible screenwriting, terrible directing, just terrible. Out of all of these, Atlas just fails to even acquire the label of "movie."
