Old friends Clyde and Roscoe have a serious problem: their attempt to repay a debt to the mafia was botched and now they need to come up with a lot of cash, very fast. Not wanting to have their legs broken, or worse, they two hatch a plan that is so crazy it just might work. They take a rundown restaurant and begin to set about making it into the most popular eatery in town.
