Beth is a teen with carrying plenty of angst around with her, but she is game for adventure. The duo becomes a trio when escaped mental patient Bugs, who is also fixated on an imaginary woman named Sally, finds himself along for the ride with Jack and Beth. Beth becomes a surrogate Sally for the two boys, which causes tensions.
