Movie Info

Based on a true story, this moving drama stars Tyne Daly and Gerald McRaney as Kathryn and George Messenger, migrant workers arrested in 1950s Florida for a crime they didn't commit. With their parents in jail, the Messengers' three daughters (Alicia Silverstone, Blair Struble and Lindsay Broockman) wind up in the care of child protective services. Now, the Messengers must fight to clear their names -- and to reclaim their children.
