In this biting sequel to Revenge of the Rats, the stouthearted Dabrocks -- Frank (Ralph Herforth) and Katrin (Anne Cathrin Buhtz) -- return to Frankfurt, Germany, to take on a pack of genetically mutated vermin. When the populace comes under attack from the ravenous rodents, it's up to Frank and Katrin to track down and stop the demented scientist responsible for the mutant critters.
