  • The eve of Halloween is near and Scruff's owner Peter is preparing to celebrate with friends. But the celebration of treats and scary costumes is interrupted by the return of the ghost of Count Tolosa, a bandit and Peter's ancestor. The Count's return coincides with a series of burglaries in the farmhouses of the neighborhood, so it's up to Peter to prove his ancestor is innocent, and Scruff will help!
