The African-American private eye who is a lothario to many women, to paraphrase Isaac Hayes' classic theme song, is featured here in two films in the SHAFT series. Richard Roundtree plays the womanizing detective in the original SHAFT (1971) and the third installment in the series, SHAFT IN AFRICA (1973).
