Audience Reviews for Sharpe's Company

Ahh, here we go, the former Captain Sharpe, now dropped to Lieutenant, and his fellow rag-tags of the Chosen Men, no longer including Tongue, but consisting of Sergeant Harper, Hagman, Cooper, Harris and Perkins, the Company of the title. But more interesting was the debut of the wonderful Pete Postlethwaite, appearing as the evil Obadiah Hakeswill, who terrorizes everyone who crosses him. This was a good episode as it showed the loyalty now developed between Sharpe and his men, but also offered a consistent villain. Teresa again appeared, now in her third appearance and a new mother, Richard having a daughter called Antonia. This was really good as it gave him a different inspiration to just his promotions.

It was unfortunate that Brian Cox as Major Hogan and also David Troughton as Sir Athur Wellesy couldnâ(TM)t return, as they were both brilliant in their roles, but the overall film was still just as good.
