Movie Info

After spending 20 years imprisoned in Siberia, a Russian Catholic is released to go to Rome to help prevent a nuclear war and help the starving Red Chinese in this drama that is based on a best-selling novel by Morris L. West. Eventually the fellow becomes the Pope and decides to use all of the Church resources to help the starving.
